Great Auto Care

Great Auto Care used to be our go to until we tried to get my wife’s AC fixed a few weeks back. They replaced the compressor and now it makes a whining/grinding noise whenever the AC is on. Took it back and they “replaced” the compressor with a “new” one at least 3 times. I can understand getting a bad part but not 4 in a row. Makes me wonder if they ever changed it to begin with. We were told it’s because the part is an after market part. Took it to another shop and he said it shouldn’t make that noise. Tried to speak with the owner about a refund and he just wants to refund the part and not the labor. He told the manager to tell us the air blows cold so it’s fixed. Owner of the shop told his manager that he would contact us and the owner of the 2nd shop we took it to. The owner hasn’t tr

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Great Auto Care, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and courteous. Their customer service is truly top-notch. I brought in my 2017 Ram 1500 to have the ABS sensor checked and my brake pads replaced. Not only were they prompt in getting my vehicle in and serviced, but they also provided updates throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. Their prices are fair and affordable, making it easy to choose Great Auto Care for all my future automotive needs. They have definitely gained a new loyal customer in me. I highly recommend them!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! They are completely honest, they will not sell you things for your vehicle that you actually don't need like most shops will, especially when your a female. They will keep you in the loop with what's going on with your car or if they find anymore problems along the way! The guy at the front desk I believe his name was Matt, he was very nice and patient.

Great service and customer communication. Very professional. Also, my sisters’ 70+ year old female friend recently got lost trying to find my sisters’ house. She stopped at GAC and asked for help. She didn’t know the street, address or anything.They got on the computer and, using the map, helped her find her way. She was about 5 -6 miles from where she was going. This says a lot about Great Auto Care.
