Great Falls Auto Service

Having 2 Audi cars, I could not imagine going anywhere else for my car services. The gentleman at the front desk is very helpful and always tells it like it is. I am very appreciative of their work.

I was recommended to this workshop and I left disappointed my car did not look good and I returned and they gave me another estimate for something that they could not fix and I paid them I talk about my experience in this place!

My first time getting my car done here. It is simply wonderful. Great service, fair pricing, and fast. I dropped it off in the morning and needed my car for work by 1pm. They delivered it. Rich and Stefan are just sweet and helpful. I'll definitely come back and brag to friends.

I’m so happy to have found this place! They do great work for a reasonable price... Stefan is awesome, he really, really knows Mercedes (and other makes I’m sure) and Rich at the Front Desk has taken really good care of me getting me in for I think the third time now.. They are now my first choice and I recommend them to anyone who asks.. Keep up the good work!

This was a great find start to finish. They offer early hours very convenient to having to be at work early. Additionally, Rich took my car in right away on a Monday morning without an appointment. He explained to me the high estimate and the low estimate and said he would do what he could to get the lower one. In the end, his crew was able to do the work for even LESS than the lower estimate -- by a LOT less! I am so grateful for the honesty and professionalism that I experienced as I am sure that many shops look only to make the most money from people. I will absolutely bring my car back for another service in the future. Thank you again!
