2023 Honda Accord Touring with valet inflicted paint scrapes on rear passenger door, rear quarter panel and wheel. Claim filed with Allstate and repairs handled by Great Neck Collision. The shop did an outstanding job. Staff was friendly and highly professional. I would be happy to use them again but let’s hope I don’t have to!

UNFORTUNATELY I’ve been coming to GREAT NECK COLLISION for years😩 Once again they did a fantastic job. Matt is the Best. His price is very reasonable and his professionalism is top notch. I don’t even know where to begin. Matt has done repairs for me three times since I’ve had my car and every single time, I’ve been a happy customer. I just picked my car up today after someone broke into my car to get my wheel lock and stole my tires and rims. Matt is incredibly professional and worked diligently from start to finish. He made a not so great situation a million times better and did what he could to help me get my car to his shop, when Roadside Assistance left me stranded. Matt was also in contact with me through the whole process so I was not left wondering what was going on. He also ensured my car was done so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for a rental.
