Paul's Auto Repair - Great Neck

Came here for a NYS inspection and had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was honestly shocked. After waiting over 2 hours at another place in the neighborhood, this was such a relief. Definitely will be recommending this place to friends and neighbors!

I can’t recommend Paul’s Auto Repair enough! I came in for a routine oil change and a major issue with my Audi’s MMI system. I was worried I’d have to replace the entire unit, which would have cost thousands. However, Angel and the team of technicians were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job diagnostic checking all potential issues and actually fixed the system rather than just pushing for a replacement. If you want honest, expert mechanics who won’t overcharge you, this is the place to go.

Came in for a quick oil change. Angel seemed to be swamped juggling 5 customers at once, but i thought he handled it patiently and masterfully. Very professional and kind. The man who did my oil change also went above and beyond by removing a nail from my tire that I didn’t even know was there

Paul did a great job explaining the issue and the recommended fix. He explained to me he would fix it as if his daughter was driving the car. Great peace of mind!

Every other place in the area told me it would be a 2–3 hour wait, but Paul got me in right away. The whole inspection took less than 10 minutes, super fast and easy.
