Bought a 2024 Krx trail edition new here. Have called several times just to get a tail light fixed that is under warranty. Every time I call to see if a new taillight has arrived, no one even has a clue about it. I have gave my information twice and I have never received a call back telling me the taillight was available. I was even going to take the taillight out myself and bring it to them, instead of having the KRX set there taking up space. They just want a sell, they don't care about taking care of there customers. The machine is great except for taillight not working properly but you can find a better dealership that actually care about there customers. They do have good deals on machines but I have bought from better dealerships. Just keep looking incase you have a problem with the

Drove from Alabama to purchase a bike here, and would do it again. Derek and team were extremely professional and helpful in getting everything prepared prior to arrival, and getting me on the bike that I wanted. Would recommend to others!

Don't do trade-ins here. The sells people are nice. The Bald guy in the back just wants to lowball everyone. 2009 Yamaha R1 20k miles. Offers me $1800. I expected to get screwed trading in, not bent over a table. Third party sell or try blueridge riders.

Purchased Kawasaki side by side. Derek made the deal on the phone and had the unit ready when I arrived. I drove an hour and half because Team Motorsport in charlotte made a deal with me and then went back on their commitment.

I recently traded one of my motorcycles in and purchased another bike from these guys. I had a great experience with everyone I dealt with. Even though they were short handed (holiday weekend), I received top tier help and service. Whether it was Derek, Vic, Brad, Cameron, or any of the other dudes in service or parts, they were all easy going and super knowledgeable. You could tell that these guys love Powersports and aren’t just there for a paycheck. I cannot recommend this group more.
