Green Acres Towing & Recovery

Lied about traffic over and over again. Left waiting six hours after told it would only be one. Would never use multiple bad experiences. Seems that other people have had the same experience. Would never use again and I encourage others to do so. Untruthful company and I would imagine they lie about other things as well.

I had such a great experience with this towing company! They arrived quickly, were professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. The driver was friendly, careful with my vehicle, and explained everything clearly. Pricing was fair and honest, with no hidden fees. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the whole process. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable towing services!

We were waiting for over 40 minutes after getting pulled off the interstate by emergency services. NOT THE TOWING COMPANY BTW. Afterwards they took another hour and a half to actually get there after we were off the interstate stuck on the side of the road. Progressive better hire a new company for these emergency towing services.

The absolute THE WORST EVER… I have had a run-in with this company once before and had to cancel the tow that time because they were expected to come within two hours and it was four hours later that they attempted to come and pick up my vehicle; I canceled and told them to kick rocks. December 2020, on this particular occasion, they were dispatched to tow my car from downtown New Orleans; unbeknownst to me, until the tow truck was dispatched to render aid, I was clueless that this was the company I warded off months ago. For this tow, JUST like the last time, they once again were well outside of the parameters of the expected arrival time. And when they did reach me, well outside their anticipated arrival time, the gentleman had a rotten attitude and seemed to be upset because I called

I needed to have my truck towed from a parking garage to a mechanic. Triple A set me up with Green acres. The parking garage clearance was very low so the truck could not get in. However, the driver figured out a way for him and I to get the truck out. He was very hard-working, friendly and nice. Long story short we were able to get the truck out of the garage and towed to the mechanic. Green Acres was very prompt and courteous, and I highly recommend them. My driver was awesome.
