Green Gorilla Car Wash

They were very professional and there wasn't any line. My car was really dirty from the previous week of freezing fog and road splash. It washed the car pretty good, not as well as I like, but ok. It missed the whole front grill and back doorof the car. The vacuum area was clean and appeared maintained. I didn't think it was worth the value considering all of the competing car washes in town. I would like to believe they can do better, but their staff is good.

Be careful when canceling the car wash plan, when i canceled and filled out the form, I stupidly assumed they would cancel the service like they promised, unfortunately I did not look closely enough until recently to realize I was getting charged for the service several months after fact, I contact the manager to only get ghosted.... even after I got the email of the cancelation form being filled out. So when you cancel their service, MAKE SURE THEY HONOUR THE CANCELATION and not stupidly trust them like me.

When they are open my experiences there have been good. But their hours on Google said they were open today till 9pm and it’s closed up already at 7:15pm. Please update your hours.

After going through, I noticed the front of my car got pretty roughed up. A piece of my front bumper is missing, a black part is pushed in and the license plate is broken/bent. My car isn’t even old, it’s a 2017 Nissan Rogue. Still hoping I can find the red piece I lost so I can put it back on ☹️ I showed my mom and she said “oh yeah, green gorilla does that,” and pointed to their license plate which is also bent up 😂 The plus side: the vacuums were awesome! 😬 so there’s that.

Employee did not guide us and we popped a tire. We are out the price of the car wash, a new tire, a one day rental since it happened at 6:10pm. We submitted an incident report and left several messages but management never contacted us. Will not go back and would not recommend this place.
