So we needed a budget rent a car for our recent trip to Orlando and for the price it was ok. So to start the 1st shuttle driver was downright dangerous we had a full bus and he was speeding through the airport and on the way to the rental location, at one point we were double the posted speed limit on an offramp and then the driver ran a red. Once we got to the location the woman who checked us in was very nice. We declined the additional insurance (since we have full coverage) and toll pass. Both the insurance and toll pass seemed pricey compared to other companies I rent with. The toll pass was $19 a day but if you didn't have the toll pass it was like a $40 charge + the toll if they had to bill you. Please please please never rent with them. First the place is not in the airport and we waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle. Just to get to rental place and a line of people and they had only a kiosk available helping customers. After over an hour wait another worker walked in but then the kiosk was now closed. They did not have the car we reserved in stock and tried to get us to take a much smaller car that wouldn’t even fit our luggage. They tried to get me to buy insurance but I had my own insurance. I’d advise you if you do for whatever reason rent with them have your own insurance. I threatened to leave and all of a sudden a bigger vehicle was found but it wasn’t fully clean inside and it was a VW Atlas with the VW plate missing in the front and a crack in the windshield. Nope, never again! Wow, I have never experienced such hardship in trying to get a rental car before… first, I didn’t realize this was an off-site car rental, meaning they don’t have a desk in the airport, you have to be shuttled to it. I waited 45 mins for a first shuttle to arrive, only to be beat out by the crowd for a ride. I am not going to reduce myself to shoving people because this company doesn’t have shuttles running every 15-20 mins as they claim. When the second shuttle finally arrived (my full wait being over an hour now), I was relieved to realize it was only me left waiting for it. I do not recommend this place. First, they aren’t at the airport, and you have to wait around for a shuttle… Secondly, they charge you an astronomical amount just to leave with the car which is not mentioned anywhere! $1,000 if you use their insurance and $500 if you use your own insurance! Thirdly, the service was incredibly slow!! It took over an hour to leave with a vehicle. Once we had the vehicle, and turned it on, the screen wasn’t working for navigation or radio!! We had no radio the entire rental time!! Not to mention we only had 70 miles of gas… so I had to put gas in it…overall, this was an segui experience, and I wouldn’t recommend.

Shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous. Counter staff person was pleasant and helpful. Vehicle was reasonably clean except for the windshield. Windshield washer was out of fluid. I did get a free vehicle upgrade because the smaller car I requested was not available. However, there were unexpected exorbitant prepaid toll and insurance charges. I was forced to buy their insurance because I did not have documentation of my own insurance with me (I was not apprised of this beforehand). Unexpected but required additional charges: $440 for 7 days. I never had this problem with any of the many other rental car companies I've used. This place is off-site (not at airport). Shuttle pick up at airport (MCO) was fairly quick, but it took a LONG time to get to the rental office due to several stops
