Called to get price for repair for something I already knew the cause of and got told to shop somewhere else and got hung up on. Extremely rude person answering their phones!

Very rude, very short with their answers and have an incredibly poor attitude and no willingness to explain anything.

Just know ….,I have messed with a lot of vehicles. This vehicle here was a 18 model Ford ,took it to two Ford stores. They were clueless took it here to these guys. They fixed it the same day very good place for business will take my vehicle there many times again. Thanks, Greenbrier auto repair

Bad Business!!! Don't even deserve 1 star but Google made me give 1 before I was able to warn you to AVOID THIS SHOP!!! Liars and crooks!! I contacted this business on 02/10/2023 via telephone and asked for an estimate on repairing the wiring on my 95 Honda Passport. I explained fully what led to the problem in detail and was told that for $80.00 they would diagnose the problem, and that they would pay for the tow fee and simply add it to the repair bill. So, I agreed to let them tow it based on their verbal contract to provide the services quoted to me, and the verbal agreement made that this business would be chosen to repair the issue after diagnosing the problem. The vehicle was towed on 02/10/2023 to their location and sat over the weekend. Monday morning at around 8:20 am.... twenty

Had us drop our car off and never looked at it then said I would be better to take it somewhere else because they are not going to have time to look at it and were very unapologetic about it. I guess they werent even going to call and tell me either bc it was the next day at the end of the day when I called them to check on the car. Like what kind of business inconveniences people like this?!! I'm literally in shock!!
