EDITED REVIEW: please read below first paragraph to know full context. After the incidence below mentioned, the regional manager reached out after seeing my review and made a quick and easy effort to purchase the relatively inexpensive OEM part that was broken from their machines. I commend him for reaching out and resolving the issue however I strongly think improvements are needed to the existing manager Dalton, along with adding signage instead of hiding liability terms on the website which would help non-members understand liabilities the car wash won’t cover. Had an issue with my truck this afternoon and pulled off in the parking lot so I could fix it. When I asked if they could open the gate so I could exit properly. The gentleman manning the gate had noticed the issue with my truck and offered a free wash to help my day be better. Absolutely would recommend anyone to come here.

My wife and I have had a contract with Splash Car Wash for two or three years now on three of our cars. I have always been impressed with the clean and almost spot free job. (it’s hard to beat a hand wash) This location in Greenbrier is especially good because it is fairly new and the technology seems better than some of the other locations.

Very friendly staff. Car wash did a great job. Facility is clean and neat. Vacuum works great too.

Outstanding customer service!! Manager Deyshawn took care of my sweet momma today! She is scared of going through car washes. Long story short he gave her a free wash!! Thank you so much for your patience and kindness on a day that is much needed!
