I was towed here after my truck broke down. The towing company had already called ahead to let the shop know I needed help getting back on the road. When the owner arrived, he immediately dismissed me and refused to take the job, even though there were only a couple cars in the shop and several open bays. He said it would cost $1200 due to the short notice, which I agreed to, but he still refused the work. When I called the towing company to take me somewhere else, the owner literally jumped with excitement because he didn’t have to help. Very disappointing attitude toward someone stranded and trying to get back on the road. If i could give them 0 stars, I would. I ultimately went to Rusty’s Tire and Alignment for the repair, and it was the best decision I could have made. Excellent serv

I actually hate to make this post, only because Matt is amazing and i selfishly don’t want him to get so busy that I can’t get in when I need to. Lol. This business was recommended to me when I was looking for a mechanic. He services and repairs all our cars. He also has checked out multiple vehicles for us before we bought them and actually saved us from buying a car that would’ve been a complete money pit. We were going on a trip and our car started to make a noise. I called him and he got me in right away, because he didn’t want us to drive a long distance just incase something major was wrong with our car. He’s honest, friendly and does great work. We wont take our cars anywhere else.

Matt, Is not a trustworthy business owner. The tires you sold me are 80,000 mile tires, their 60,000 mile tires. You told me out of the three choices I had for my car these where the best. Today getting my rear tires replaced with less then 5,000 miles on them I was told these are very cheap tires. I would not recommend tires from this company at all Matt, IS NOT A STAND UP BUSINESS MAN!!!

Matt and his crew go above and beyond to make sure your auto repairs are done same day with reasonable pricing. The customer service is above and beyond! Thank you for all that you do for me and my family! We really appreciate you! 😊

Greeneville Tire & Performance is a great place to have your car looked at and/or worked on. They have worked on my truck and car. Also, they work on my family's vehicles. They are fair and do great work.
