Greenleaf Rent A Car

They were great as they work closely and well with Chevy. Chevy made my appointment - it was ready when they said and my car was set to go. Simple process and nice people - even had the door held open for me. (Chivalry is not dead.) When it was time to drop off I was not sure how to get from GreenLeaf to Chevy but nice thing is they offer rides. But instead Chevy said I could leave it with them and they would coordinate a pick up from GreenLeaf in the AM. And that is what happened and I got the "returned: notification from GreenLeaf in the AM. Overall a good experience and all in the middle of a rain storm. :-)

Experience was great! They came and picked me up. The car was clean inside and the rep thought the outside was too dirty, so she went and washed. She said she would be back in 10 minutes and she was. I was able to leave the car at the dealership, which was very convenient. I recommend Greenleaf if you need a rental.

Greenleaf really bailed us out in a pinch. I had a reservation with a big name rental place only to find out they didn’t have the vehicle size I needed the morning of my road trip. Not only did greenleaf have the vehicle type I needed they blew me away with their exceptional customer service. They had me on the road in under 10 minutes! They accommodated my return request and did it with grace and style. They have made me and my family forever customers. Well done Greenleaf.

Greenleaf went above and beyond when my dealership left me out to dry. They made sure to get me a vehicle that was safe for a mom with two kiddos. Incredibly kind staff. Thank you!
