Super nice employees. Really clean place. They fixed my truck. The reason for the 2 stars is because they quoted me $1200 but charged me $1800 when I picked up the vehicle without calling me in advance to discuss anything or letting me know there would be a price increase. A price increase this substantial (50 percent!) should have justified a phone call. When I asked why they didn’t call, they said they did but couldn’t reach me…I showed them my phone…no call or voicemail was on my phone. A simple apology would have been appreciated. They explained the $600 increase saying they had to find and fix a short. I don’t know what their hourly rate is but let’s say it’s $100/hour…does it take 6 hours to find a short??? Not sure I would trust them or use them again, as much as I like to support s

Outstanding mechanics ! Over the years I have taken a number of my foreign cars ( of various vintages) to Greens and have never been disabled- usually impressed! Knowledgeable, efficient, expeditious , thorough and courteous!

Charged nearly $800 to fix an issue with my vehicle; this was months ago. I also had the issue with them saying they called me when they did not. Long story short, the issue was not fixed. I called to let them know and the man on the phone said, "well I guess you are going to have to bring it back in". Obviously. I didn't end up bringing my vehicle back to them and took it elsewhere who fixed it right the first time around. Wasted over $1400 at this garage. I should have taken it to the dealer in the first place despite needing a long tow there. I would have saved money.

This garage has always been great to me. I have been going for a few years now and I am always happy with their work! They are the cheapest of any mechanic around and much cheaper than anyone down in Nashville, but they do superb work! I have never been over charged or had a single complaint. I highly recommend them for all your mechanic needs and I will continue going back despite what other reviews have said.

Won't take credit cards. They couldn't find anything wrong and charged nearly $100. They didn't listen when I said the car kept dying. Said it was probably bad gas. It died again when I got it home. I called the garage I usuallt go to, he said the alternator is probably going out so will take it there.
