I purchased a car from greenway of shoals I first of all told the no extended warranty and they snuck in 2 I was able to cancle one but was told I cannot cancle the other now I have payed the car off in full way early so I cancled the gap insurance they told me they sent the money to the creditors the creditors told me they never got the money greenway owes me 745.54 for the last 5 months and won't do anything g to help me

I really enjoyed my experience and purchase from Greenway Ford. Garret was patient, professional, and got me the answers I needed if he didn't know himself. I ABSOLUTELY HATED my experience at Greenway Dodge. When asking simple questions the guy got really defensive then made me uncomfortable with his responses and demeanor "it is what is is" he said, he then asked if I had any other questions and I said no thank you and walked away. I'm guessing I wasn't put in the system because I never got a call or email after that asking if I was still interested in anything like Greenway Ford did, not that it mattered cause I will never go back there. Good people good organization. A wide variety of cars both new and used. Prices are a little better than some places. But when you have the selection and service I do believe that's a winning combination. Those are pictures of my badass automobile. Man cannot car fly, if it had wings it would leave the ground LMAO but it is a pretty sweet ride and I love it. Although I bought it from Fields Automotive and they do not service Dodge or Chrysler cars anymore. So I bought it one place and then having it serviced another but so far so good no complaints other than waiting for parts but that's not the dealerships fault.
