Greenway Kia East Service

I am posting this review to document my experience and because I am currently pursuing legal remedies related to how this dealership handled my vehicle. I brought my car in for a turbo-related warranty issue. The service department repeatedly told me the vehicle required a full engine replacement, was “unsalvageable,” and pressured me to trade it in at a loss while saying they would “work with me.” I declined. I ended up replacing the turbo myself, and the car has now been running normally for over 5,000 miles. I have also submitted multiple oil samples to an independent laboratory, all of which show normal wear and no evidence of engine failure. While the vehicle was at the dealership for several months, communication was consistently poor. Calls were not returned, explanations changed

Showed up to pick up my car. They said 170$ I had a coupon for 75$ so they added on the recall, then they came back and said 99$. I said no. They charged me for balancing the tires. I didn't ask for that. There were 4 services on the coupon plus there was a recall letter that needed to be addressed. Now I've been here 40 minutes .

I took my car there thinking they would professionally work on my vehicle but when I picked it up…. Two weeks abs 1/2 later the shifter was broken. I sent a text to the service tech and I haven’t heard from him… so disappointing!

I was in about noon. Salesman named Rich which is his nickname!! He was very pleasant and knew exactly what we wanted within minutes!. Without hesitation, found a Kia Soul that fit our money etc. It all went Very Smooth! Only went back to his Finance mgr once after first one! We were very happy with the sale. I suggest that if you are looking for A dealer with cars that have great Prices and deals go to Greenway Kia East!! Clean and a great deal to be Found!!! Gale Gove

I have learned that I have options as to where I can get my car serviced. Took it in yesterday only to get it back with more issues. Don't get me started on the SUPER SMALL print about the taxes and 'shop' fees. The print was so small, with my eye issues, I couldn't even read it. The person that answered the phone today was impossible to understand and got an attitude when I asked what her name was. I tried to call my 'service advisor' many times, messages left, no return call. They already got my money... Go else where. I had body work done through them as well and don't get me started on that nightmare, should have learned a lesson.
