I came into the service department to do a recall. I made an online appointment and put on there I need my weather stripping replaced for two doors. They didn’t do it, the manager calls me back and says he will place the order and call back in two weeks. Two weeks come and I call the parts department and they have no record of the order. This dealership is incompetent I hope my recall was done right.
