This was a very disappointing experience. I strongly encourage customers who purchased their vehicles from this dealership to carefully review and fully understand the services being recommended during routine visits. What should have been a simple oil and filter change turned into an attempt to upsell multiple additional services, increasing the total from approximately $130 to an excessive $500. Customers should be aware that many of these add-ons are not mandatory and will not void your vehicle’s warranty if declined. Please take the time to ask questions, review your service manual, and ensure you fully understand what you are authorizing before agreeing to any additional charges. This is not a minor issue — transparency and honesty in service recommendations matter.

My mother brought her car here about a week ago i decided to go down to the service myself due to car shaking at any given speed as well as steering wheel positioned to right before even starting the car. I brought the car to service drive specifically to Brian Jones literally has no idea how to be a service advisor including his manager who had no idea how to manage. I explain my issue which is the car may need a wheel alignment however they did a tire rotation prior visit NO RECOMMENDATIONS however manager stated in front of advisor as well that ever 15k miles a wheel alignment is recommended CAR WAS BROUGHT IN AT 15k A WEEK AGO no recommendation. On Aug 5, I brought my car in for a windshield wiper repair at 11:30 AM. Tony told me I had to leave my car for days until 3 PM, then updated me at 4 PM that I’d need to bring it back another day. They didn’t have the part and were waiting on my warranty. He promised to call me before 1 PM the next day with an update never did. On Aug 15, I got a random text saying an appointment was set for Aug 19 at 9:30 AM no call, no confirmation to check my availability.Mine you that’s 10 days later.Back in Nov 2024, I had a similar bad experience with him (Tony) rushed out, nothing explained about the diagnostics, and the car started making a weird noise on the way home to late to take it back. I called multiple times, spoke to Maria, and was told my advisor would call me back never happened today

I own a Kia Optima 2015, and the car has a serious issue with excessive oil consumption. The engine burns an abnormal amount of oil, which is a well-known problem with this model. I contacted Kia to seek support, and their response was simply that the engine is no longer under warranty, so they would not take any responsibility or offer any solution. No investigation, no goodwill support, nothing. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering that this is a manufacturing defect reported by many other Kia owners.
