Very friendly staff with crystal clear communication. One of the first places I've used that they called and messaged me before I felt the need to call more often than not. They advocated and won on OEM parts too, which was greatly appreciated. They did make a small error with something not being ready upon pick up, but they certainly made it right with me, which is very rare in customer service these days. Highly recommend. Shelby was my main contact and she was fantastic to work with. Clear, concise, and helpful without being asked. Kari was awesome too.

They verified the claim quickly and got my car in to fix it, whereas, I had been waiting on a chevy dealership for over a month to get the coverage details so an appointment could be made. Gregg Orr Collision did a good job on the repairs and they gave me a ride to work after I dropped off and picked me up afterwards. I'd recommend them.

We were in a wreck in Dallas and just getting ready to move from Longview , Texas to Texarkana Texas. And I called the kia dealership and TXK. And ask if they could do the repairs on my car and they said that they don't, but that Greg or collision would be my best bet I reached out to them spoke with sky, got everything set up to bring the car in everything went smoothly. It was a 2025. And it took a while to get some parts and get insurance to go to work. But we just got the car back today. Very happy without looks. But they do very professional work and pay attention to detail big 5 star review. Thanks for all your hard work. God bless you all and we will refer auto repairs on auto body.!

They did a great job on my Mazda. They took extra time and made sure it was right after being shipped damaged and ill fitting parts. Communicated with me and my insurance company regularly. Got my car back clean and shiny
