Wow… I’m not sure where to start. I was contacted by a sales man (Scott Wilson) in the used sales department. I thought I was being sold a nice used car with low miles but it has been nothing but trash since I bought it. I didn’t have this car 3 days and the check engine light came on. A few days go by and it goes off. 3 weeks into having the car it’s making a popping noise going down the road. The struts, sway bar and strut mounts have gone bad. Now a month into having the car the battery is shot and when it got replaced the car won’t even crank. This place is scum. The service department is absolutely zero help and they made me purchase a $2500 service contract when I bought the car because the dealership required it to make money. This place is a joke. They made our vehicle buying experience enjoyable and got both myself, and my husband in the vehicles we wanted by going out of their way to find exactly what we were looking for.
