I brought my vehicle in after hearing a clear knocking noise coming from the tire/axle area. I paid $50 for an inspection and was told everything was “fine.” I specifically asked them to drive the car again due to my concerns, but the inspection felt rushed and dismissive. Shortly after, I drove to Delaware and discovered the issue was actually a broken axle—a serious safety concern that should not have been missed. This experience raises major concerns about the thoroughness and reliability of their diagnostics. Additionally, this shop has a practice of proceeding with changes or services without contacting the customer first, even when the original parts are still in the vehicle. Customers are then told it’s “too late” and are required to pay, which feels unacceptable and unprofessiona
