They told me my Tdi would cost $3000 to fix an engine problem and offered me $800 for it in parts, many years later Travis forgot about it and told me it was a $50 dollar sensor and their son drove it for another 100,000 miles. I entrusted them to maintain a gti and they neglected to tell me about a $30 sleeve on the high pressure fuel pump that ruined my engine. Later on I traded them some high end painting work and they took more than two months to replace ball joints on a tundra, I got ripped off. Most recently, and I thought we were friends, they charged me $1200 to replace a fuel pump in a vintage Jaguar I had towed there to look it over for issues. They resolved none but made a tidy list. A part that should’ve cost $150 dollars and an hour of work. Just my $.02

I've just started taking my Tacoma to Kingdom Imports and so far am very pleased with the service. One thing which especially pleased me was being asked to look under the vehicle on the lift to examine for myself a worn/failing tie rod ball joint, the two loose heat shields, a screw in one tire, and the beginnings of rust. They passed the state inspection, set up an appointment to replace the tie rod bearing, and Travis recommended a specific area business providing high-quality undercoating service. My bill was most reasonable—no higher than I expected to pay. (I believe their hourly labor rate remains lower than that of of some of their area competitors.) I am a satisfied customer of Kingdom Imports.

Kingdom Imports is an absolutely gem of a shop. Trustworthy, prompt, and honest service from start to finish. It’s also great fun to chat with the owners and folks who work there. I highly recommend taking your car/truck/van to them!

Driving through town, we needed someone to look at the suspension in our car. They came right out and took a look and gave an honest assessment of our situation. It was so nice to meet people who are still willing to just help other people. If I lived in the area, they would be my mechanics.

I have about a thousand positive things to say about this business. How to begin! They have been my most favorite ever car mechanic. They save me money. They are clever. They totally take care of my car, but also let me know if something could go wrong in the near future. That helped me eke out 15 years from my old Honda. They are super personable. They know engines! They lavish attention on your car. And the prices are very reasonable for that kind of care. I always feel very well taken care of, and then some. Plus—and this is a COLOSSAL plus—I never know who I'm going to meet in the waiting room. I have had some of the most engaging conversations I've ever had there.
