My family and I have been going to Greg’s for atleast 5 years now. And it’s the only place we will go to. Always efficient and friendly. Kaylee is wonderful; always. I have had two different cars going in there and the guys have always got it done. I don’t know a lot about cars so it’s nice to have them get it done for me without feeling like I’m going to be used and cheated out of money because I am a female.

Greg's automotive was absolutely amazing. I was having some really big issues with Dylan's automotive across town. They were supposed to do a suspension swap. I agreed to $4,200 because I am very naive when it comes to vehicles and their cost of maintenance. So upon agreeing they wanted $2,000 down which I gave them. They had my truck for over a month and hadn't even had the parts ordered. So I called Greg's automotive and got a hold of their wonderful reception. Kaylee. I explained my situation and they had a mechanic call me by the end of the day to give me a quote. They did what they said they would do and got back to me by the end of the day. Everyone there is very pleasant. I called on a Monday and got an appointment for that Thursday. I dropped off my truck and it sat outside until the following Tuesday. They had it in the shop for four days, then parked it back outside. I finally, after another week, just went and said I'll bring it somewhere else if you can't figure it out. They were very nice and apologized for not being able to fix it. I brought it over to Scott's the same day and got a call within 4 hours. They had it diagnosed, clogged rear catalytic converter. Why Greg's couldn't figure that out in three weeks, I'm not sure. But I'll have my truck back in just a few days.

I brought my 2016 Chevy Malibu LT to Greg’s Automotive for a check engine light, based solely on their many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited over an hour only to be charged while the issue was not resolved, and then was told the technician was going to lunch. I had to return and ask for the vehicle to be looked at again, at which point I was charged a second time, even though they still could not determine the problem and attempted to brush me off to another mechanic instead of taking responsibility. It then took an additional full day just to replace a camshaft position sensor, and to make matters worse, my check engine light came back on while still in their parking lot. Was driving through from colorado to visit family. Ended up leaking coolant and overheating. These guys let me bring in my truck on short notice when no one else in town would. They checked it and found some clamps that weren't on hoses correctly, fixed my leaks and had me out very quickly. I really appreciate their willingness to help and their friendliness. 10 out of 10 would recommend if your needing repairs in the area! Thank you!
