After Purchasing a 2010 Subaru Forester with 164K miles on it in early February, I turned it over to Kylan, Tara and the staff at Greg's Japanese Auto in Federal way. I have been a customer of Greg's at various location for many years. This is probably the best experience I've had. I asked to have the car checked out and to have any problems diagnosed and repaired or replaced. It was running very rough and had some obvious issues but with the number of miles I knew there was significant wear and tear and also fluids that needed to be drained and replaced. Kylan and Tara are always ready to help and explain what's going on. The entire team goes above and beyond to make sure customers are 100% satisfied and the issue is resolved before we leave.

What an amazing crew! They got my car up and moving straight as an arrow. Finally I can travel with speed. The crew is exhausted by the end of the day, I can see it in their eyes. These guys are great. Very compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. They don't just work on your car, but work with you to get the best bang for your buck without trying to squeeze as much out of your pocket as possible. I had a great experience with Greg’s Japanese Auto in Federal Way. There are several known issues with my vehicle, and they were able to confirm all of them during their initial inspection. The main reason I brought my car in was for a misfire, and I asked for estimates not only for that issue but also for the other known problems. They provided me with clear, rough estimates for everything, which I completely understand is all that can be given after an initial inspection. They replaced my spark plugs and wires as requested to address the misfire, and afterward gave me a detailed breakdown of the other recommended repairs, including their severity and priority, which really helped me plan ahead.
