Grieco Chevrolet of Delray Beach Service Department

Everytime I come to this dealership I have horrible experiences, came to get my Equinox serviced because I was experiencing issues with my battery had my battery replaced and the charged me for a whole other repair that wasn’t necessary with my battery issue and charged my about $1500 to get repaired. Got my Equinox back and not my AC is not blowing cold air… never had a issue with my air conditioning before ever since having my truck and all of sudden I take my truck to this dealership and now my AC isn’t working properly. I contacted them about the issue and brought my truck back to they can find out why my ac isn’t working all of a sudden … so they say I had no Freon in my truck and there was a slow leak coming from somewhere and it was going to be expensive to repair and they need my

I'm very happy with Grieco. Special shoutout to Louie, my advisor, who was great, as always! Very professional and knowledgeable, but also personable and absolutely trustworthy. I always get excellent service, quick turnaround time, even when I come without an appointment, and never have to be afraid that I'm taken advantage of by selling me something my car doesn't really need. My car has over 133000 miles on it and with the TLC it has been receiving at this dealership it hopefully will last for another few years.

I had such a great experience here last week. From the gentleman who answered the phone to my service advisor Louis. He was so helpful and was able to get me in out of for my replacement tires. I own 2 business and I know how hard it is to find great employees and he deserves some major recognition. This is my new service department going forward! 10/10

It was easy to schedule our appointment online. Our service advisor, Robert Cooklin was delightful, very helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience at Greico as pleasant as could be. He even reccomended a local restaurant in walking distance (Finigans) where we ate lunch while we waited. He called us to let us know that our car was ready bofore we had even finished lunch!
