Amazing customer service. Lin worked with me every step of the way and kept me updated. Melanie made sure the insurance company repaired my vehicle to pre accident condition. Office is so clean and welcoming. Collision Center Manager, Harold was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. 5 stars for Grieco!
Lin was caring and knowledgeable to deal with. She knew what was happening to my Acura every step of the way and kept me informed (even though I was a pest). She was just an amazing communicator and I didn't feel anxious or concerned that the shop was expertly repairing my vehicle and that she woud get it back to me as soon as possible.
If I could give this place 100 stars I would , great customer service, everyone is so nice . They did an excellent job on my car .
This place is tremendously good!! Linea fought for my car like it was her own!! Hounded insurance, was with me every step of the way to assure i was taken care of, communication the whole way!!!! I refuse to go anywhere else. Ive had nothing but bad luck with cars until this place came into my life, absolutely a lifelong customer to Grieco. This place means business!! I cannot thank you enough Linea and the Greico team!!!! My Acura is back and beautiful once again💙💙💙💙💙💙
You want to talk about Customer service and HIGH quality work, come on down to Greico Collision. I'm a picky guy, so after Maaco half assed my repair job, I called around and spoke to Joel Pena. Joel dealt with my attitude with absolute professionalism. He addressed every single issue that Maaco failed to address. I mean they even put the protective paint film back on so nice, I didn't even think they had put it on. The paint job was superb and the body work was Certified Toyota showroom quality. My car literally looks like new now as the photos willshow. I can't think Joel enough for taking on this challenge and Greico coming through with absolute flying colors. People...if you need your car repaired...or if you brought it to a repair shop and they did a horrible job, tell your insurance
