Juan Carlos Cuellar is a very personable Business Manager. he explains the programs available and does not pressure. Very professional. I have had a great experience purchasing my new Honda at Grieco Honda.

Had the privilege of meeting CHRIS the most pompous, rude, arrogant service employee, seemed bothered answering simple questions and appalled the car in question had missed services in the past almost as if it was his car. It was so bad that the first moments of our interaction he all but called me a liar for not knowing the car couldn’t be serviced in its current condition (full tank of gas). I advise to take your car somewhere else if possible or ask for another employee, clearly this guy is frustrated with his job.

If I could give negative stars to these clowns I would . Please expect for them to keep your car for days longer than needed for minor repairs with no communication that they will be holding your car hostage for an extended period of time. Telephone numbers that no one answers and everyone seemingly calling in sick so your car languishes unfixed. Then being told it’s ready come and get it only to arrive to see it still being worked on and told to come back the next morning. Next afternoon it’s still not ready. Avoid this service center at all costs, you’ve been warned.

As a returning Honda customer, this was my first experience with Grieco, and it exceeded expectations. Ray was knowledgeable, attentive, and never rushed the process. He worked with me until I felt completely comfortable with my choice. Four months later, the car is still a perfect fit and I continue to recommend Ray to others.

Went here 2 times in 2 separate years looking for a specific car, which they confirmed that it's there and ready to test drive. Once I arrived it was a bait and switch. Don't care much for Greico group.
