I took my car for an oil change to the service center in Mazda in Delray. To begin, I had a maintenance plan, however the employee did not seem to understand that and charged me $150. Fine I paid it. But now a week later I am driving on the I-95 and a light comes on that says “hazard. Stop the vehicle. Low oil pressure”. Well as you may imagine, how can I stop in the middle of a highway? This was extremely terrifying. I was literally praying to God I make it to my destination safe. I call the service and they’re just like take it in. I can’t do that because I have a full time job. They offered no solutions to an issue caused by them. Now I have to call a tow truck, and how am I supposed to get around? So now more money on an uber. We recently brought in a coupon that included topping up all liquids but they didn't top up our coolant. They also took off our license plate holder without even asking us and put up their own Grieco Mazda license plate holder. I don't think they should just be taking car owner's possessions without our knowledge. Because they stole ours, we now have to purchase another license plate holder. We don't want to inadvertently advertise their shitty service. Prior to this, we brought in our car to get the alignment done, but we had to immediately take it back because the alignment was way off and veering excessively to one side (and so much WORSE than it was before we even brought it in). We will never go back here for servicing. They seem to be consistently the worst.

I recently had my Mazda CX-5 serviced at this facility and wanted to share my experience. I arrived for my 10:30 AM appointment on time but was made to wait over 20 minutes for my assigned representative, despite the presence of several staff members just standing around. When I finally met with my rep I was informed that my vehicle would be looked at after two hours, but I did not receive any updates until almost 5 PM. I had to reach out multiple times via text and phone calls to get information. Additionally, the inspection video I received at 6 PM (at close) was not very informative, only showing the front of the vehicle. The service experience I encountered at this dealership was extremely disappointing. The salesperson (Jahmari) and his manager (Alex) that I dealt with were notably untruthful, causing unnecessary delays and providing inconsistent information over several weeks. Despite agreeing on a specific vehicle, its availability was repeatedly postponed with changing dates. It appears doubtful that the car was ever going to be in their possession. I paid a $1000 holding deposit for a vehicle that was seemingly non-existent or unattainable, despite their assurances to the contrary. Ultimately, they failed to fulfill their commitment to deliver the car, resorting instead to repeated falsehoods. Regrettably, the individuals at this establishment lack credibility and reliability. Absolutely the most unprofessional service center I've ever had to deal with. Back in December I had an oil change appointment for 11am. My car wasn't taken in until after 1pm and I sat around waiting over 3 hours for a basic oil change. They said a service representative called out and they were behind. I decided to give them another chance this morning. The rep tells me that it's gonna be at least an hour before anyone can look at the car. I let her know that I have an appointment, which she responds "no, you have an appointment with me" at which point I'm like.... "who are you? My appointment is for service. Not to meet with you". They also had me scheduled for brake fluid when the service was for brake pads. If I didn't hear her say that I would have gotten the wrong service. At this
