They did a great job rebuilding my Transmission (2010 Escalade). Smooth and positive no problems. They do serious diagnostics right up front, so you know what to expect.

So it’s been about a week since I picked up my 2018 F150 and put a couple hundred miles on the rebuilt transmission so far, it’s doing great! I highly recommend Griffin if you want friendly expert quality work, without the dealership song and dance. Tyler is a real asset from his customers service to his informative nature. Thanks again!!

The guys at Griffin are awesome. We took our broke down jeep in and within a few days, they got back to us with a full report of everything that needed fixing, with different priority levels. They had us fixed up and running in no time, and even rode along on a test ride to answer all of our questions. Hands down the best mechanics I've ever been to. Thanks guys!

My rear differential in my dodge ram was making a lot of noise. I removed the diff cover and axles. I found play in the wheel and carrier bearings. I asked Giffin to replace the bad bearings. The ring and pinion gears did not appear to be damaged. Griffin transmission called me few days later. The first (160 dollar) diagnostic test was inconclusive and second (180 dollar) diagnostic test would be required. The second diagnostic test would require removing 12 bolts and the diff cover. One hundred and eighty dollars to remove 12 bolts and do an inspection seemed to excessive to me and I declined the service. Griffin did give me a quote of between 2000 and 4000 dollars for repairs plus 280 dollar diagnostic fee. I did not have the 2nd test or repair work done at Griffin.
