Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My jeep was involved in a house fire, I brought it in just to be checked out it was running and had no body damage, the man and woman at the service department would not take my vehicle or allow me to drop it off even after I agreed to pay the inspection fee, they told me I had to go through a body shop 😞 The body shop had to tow my running Jeep to them to inspect and I picked my jeep back up from the body shop. I’m not sure if they just didn’t want my business or to deal with me as a customer but I was able to use the body shop as a go between and they checked my jeep. I feel like if they would have just let me drop it off this could have gone a little quicker and easier. I ended up having to pay anyway which wasn’t a problem I just wanted to make sure my jeep was safe to keep driving.
