⚠️ Stop and read this before taking your car here. I took my car in for a brake inspection after noticing some noise. The front desk staff were polite and even gave me a ride home, which was nice. I was initially quoted $300–$400, but by early afternoon they told me multiple major components needed replacement and the cost would be nearly $3,000: about a third of my car’s value. I wasn’t sure what to do, and my husband suggested we wait and not make any big financial decisions immediately. I paid for the inspection since it wasn’t waived, and we took the car home over the weekend. We then went to the dealer and another independent shop, both confirmed the inspection was inaccurate and most of what was recommended wasn’t necessary. Six Stars! I'm a first-time customer, and my experience was outstanding. I was greeted by the shop owner, Mr. Griffin himself. He and Laura explained the shop's policies, the warranty on their work, and how they operate. Extremely friendly folks, no pressure, no B.S., exactly what I was looking for. They had me on my way promptly, and at a competitive price. I plan to return to Griffin's for all my family's car care needs!

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change. Greeted by Bill and Laura as soon as I walked in the door. I've never been to Griffins before and they took me in quickly and got everything going right away (even with computer issues). I have a Jaguar SVR, not a very common vehicle. But yet they got me in and out quicker and definitely cheaper than the dealership. Will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.

Griffin’s is amazing! I’m from out of town and my truck unexpectedly broke down. They managed to fit me in on a busy Monday, diagnose the problem, and get me back on the road all in the same day! Their staff was courteous and helpful and gave recommendations on what was urgent to be fixed and what was not and why. They also fit in an oil change for me as well! They do great work for a reasonable price. Griffin’s is the best car repair shop I’ve been to in years! I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

Finding a good auto shop is like finding a good doctor. I found the Griffin Auto people very friendly & prices reasonable. I have recommended them to family & friends for their auto needs..They were also kind to let me bring my service dog in training in their lobby while they serviced my car. Giving 'Chip' a chance to work on his social skills.
