Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center

I had an appt scheduled for oil changes on both of our vehicles. The man that checked us in was very friendly. Our vehicles were taken back immediately. The team checked over both of our vehicles and made us aware of other things that needed changed such as filters and tires. We got everything fixed that was needed. They have a great team and I like that they check everything. Grismer is definitely our go to for repairs. Great job team!

I needed a vehicle inspection for a purchase. They were professional kind and expedient. They inspected 2 vehicles for me were able to get me in and out quickly. My day had started out stressful and the minute I walked in and was greeted I was calmed. I will be purchasing all tires and service needs from Grismer in the future.

I feel like Grismers does a great work but both times I’ve had my vehicle in there. I no longer get home and I get a call that they forgot to put something back on my car whether it be a hubcap or an air filter that’s super frustrating. I definitely feel like they need to doublecheck maybe even triple check the vehicles before letting them go

I had gone to another tire store that I have used in the past and before even looking at what I needed done, they told me it would take several hours before they could get to my flat repair. So I stopped in and Jay immediately came out to my truck and looked at my tire and said he could see if he had a tire that would fit. He did and said he could have it fixed in less than an hour so I left him to his work! Needless to say I will be a forever customer of his and we ordered 3 more tire and going to finish it when they come in next week! ! Solid customer service and relationship was built ! Thx Jay!

Great experience at Grismer. I have a brand new car that ran over a screw..ugh. They ordered the exact matching tire, which took a day (no big deal). I went in and they had it switched out in less than 20 min. That's service!
