Greg is an honest, hardworking mechanic who was a pleasure to work with. We brought our 2018 Volvo XC90 to him after an A/C compressor failure, and he got us back on the road while providing clear, transparent explanations of the issues and repair options throughout the process.

I never like to bash local businesses as we always shop and use local services as much as we can, but I feel like I'm obligated to warn others. Our experience here was horrible, we had a Volvo that broke down, this place is right down the road from us and it said "Volvo Specialist" on the building. So we thought it would be perfect! So we had it towed there. They said they couldn't get to it right away which is totally fine. We understood because we dropped it off last minute. Two weeks go by and they barely had even looked it. Eventually he looked at it and "couldn't figure out the problem". I'm assuming they just didn't want to deal with it and just said they didn't know what the issue was to get rid of it asap. But wasted two weeks of our time and $2,000 to rent a car for two weeks. Jus

I recently purchased a Volvo xc60 and I had some issues with the sensors/engine lights coming on and needed a mechanic who worked with Volvos. I found Grondin’s automotive on google. They had great reviews and were close by. I have to say the customer service was fantastic. The owner Greg, was patient and very knowledgeable. He took care of my vehicle got it running, and it was an amazing price. I couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be having my vehicle serviced there again! Thank you, Greg and your team!

Greg is very accommodating and competent. His fees are very reasonable....sometimes doesn't charge for minor stuff, just like in the old days. I highly recommend Grondin Automotive.
