I had an excellent experience purchasing my Jeep Wrangler 4xe Rubicon from Gross Motors in Marshfield. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Kate, Patrick, John, and Tom were all fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely helpful. There was no pressure at all, just great service. What really stood out was the convenience. They brought the Jeep in from an out-of-town dealership so I could see and purchase it right in Marshfield, saving me from having to drive over two hours to look at the vehicle. Ryan was the person that sold me my truck. I am a 18 year old, who looks dumb, all the other dealers wanted nothing to do with me because of my age. Ryan treated me with respect. He helped me through the whole process of buying my first vehicle. Within 30 minutes of pulling out of the lot realized my windshield had a crack in it, and a big one too, though i was disappointed and bought the vehicle “as is” I called Ryan and he took care of me. Free of charge and worked with me. Will be buying vehicles from Gross again. If you want a good sales man talk to Ryan!
