Awesome prices honest service. Finally after trying 3 shops in the tri-cities found a good honest fast mechanic. Family run business that offers concierge service for pick-up and drop off of vehicle. Identified issues beyond my initial needs, and recommended future service, but no hard sells or keeping vehicle longer than needed for repair! Worked with Kevin. My repairs were front wheel bearings and brakes. Truck drives better than before. Scheduled pickup was on time and communication was accurate fast and easy via text. 👍

Kevin is the real deal as far as being an outstanding auto mechanic. Nowadays you never know who you can trust when it comes to any type of service. Kevin helped my family this past weekend as we were only in town for my oldest son's wedding and we live 4 hrs away; My other son Ben also drove to Richland and on the way broke down. Kevin was the only mechanic who took my son's call for repair and Kevin was thorough and upfront about the price and the best possible outcome for my son's vehicle. Knowing my son had to drive 4 hrs back home in his car made me extremely nervous; good news was that Kevin's repair held true and my son said his car is doing great. Kevin is a life saver! My car's CVT transmission was screwed up and I got towed from Snoqualmie too Richland on a Saturday and Kevin spoke with me over the phone and told me that he was able to fit me into his schedule!! Very honest man and he definitely knows a thing or two about all types of cars. Turns out my transmission fluid was old but he was able to replace the fluid and showed me the process of it and the results. Reasonable prices and flexible hours too. Thank you so much Kevin! Because of you I made it back to my hometown 👍

Kevin was an absolute lifesaver when my car died on a Saturday afternoon in a parking lot. I couldn't figure out where to tow it, as every shop seemed to be closed for the weekend. Kevin answered the phone and showed up about 15 minutes later, after having already ordered the suspect parts (alternator and battery) to be delivered there. He was super friendly, communicative and efficient. I was on my way in about an hour or so. Unbelievable. Thank you again, Kevin!

Took a chance on this place when my car randomly broke down. Kevin was able to fix it and have me back on the road in a couple hours, I’ve had him come back to do repair maintenance. He is definitely a man of integrity! He works fast and efficiently, always gives it to me straight and is reasonably priced, educates his customers on their vehicles and the work he does, and uses quality parts that are built to last!
