Richland Tire Factory is hands-down the best tire shop I’ve worked with. The team is friendly, honest, and incredibly efficient. They explained everything clearly, gave me real options instead of pushing extras, and had my car ready faster than expected. What really impressed me is how they consistently go above and beyond — from explaining to me exactly what was wrong to making sure my car was truly safe before I left. If you want a shop that’s trustworthy, transparent, and genuinely cares about its customers, this is the place.

I have been a customer of this location for a couple if years now. Josh and his team have been consistently exceeding my families' expectations in service. Thoroughly solved many difficult issues of the years. Tire Factory Richland is a gem among the car service businesses in the Tri-Cities. I was able to schedule an oil change ONLINE the night before my appointment and was welcomed with popcorn and hot coffee in a well kept lobby and waited only 1/2 hour for both the service and inspection. Today was my first time having service done at Richland Tire Factory. I needed an alignment done and they had the soonest availability out of all the places I contacted. I waited in their lobby and they were done in less than an hour. They had good customer service, communication, and documentation of the service completed.

It was my first time using their services to remove a nail in the tire. Upon further inspection, they found the control arm going bad, which 2 other tire shops missed. Thank you!
