Groundhog Instant Lube & Oil

I would never recommend this please. Causing me more problems than what it's worth.

I was recommended here by my son. He was right on point! I went in at 3:27 pm and saw that they closed at 4:00 pm. Asked if they had time for one more. Not only did they take me and have it finished before 4, but they were working on another by the time I paid. Fast, friendly service and priced reasonably. I will be going back!

All good. Reasonable prices. Receptionist was nice, but not in a rush to check me out. Waited 15 minutes after my car was ready to pay cause she was on the phone.

Quick and unfussy oil change. Had great BBQ next door during wait.

If this is the same groundhog business that does towing, I could not be more displeased if I tried. The tow truck driver never came first off, even if he had, he would have been 2 hours late. Instead he called me to ask if I have a piece to tow my car, as if I'm the professional. After concluding I did not have it he refused to come. After a second tow truck from a different company was sent out and actually came to my broken down vehicle they realized I had the piece all along. I see good reviews on the services the company offers which my be true, but if you need a tow truck, they were rude and highly unprofessional.
