I had a great experience at Sterling McCall Nissan. I brought my truck in to have the bumper fixed, and the team did an amazing job. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and the bumper looks brand new again. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly, and they kept me updated throughout the process. Overall had a very positive experience. I got timely and helpful updates from Ryan and from the automated messaging system. The work was done within the estimated time. Ryan was also such a huge help when complications arose with the work and added changes were needed to the estimate. He kept me informed about the issue at every step and communicated with me to get my opinions. It was resolved with his help, and I’m grateful for his patience, professionalism, and expertise. Apart from the small delay due to the complications, my car was returned to me in excellent condition (apart from the tiniest misalignment of the tow eye cover at the front- as seen in the post-work picture which I only noticed recently, days after picking it up).

The service I receive at Sterling McCall Nissan Stafford is always great. My advisor Abraham is the best. I won't get my car serviced unless he's there or he recommends another person. He tells me exactly what needs to be done when it needs to be done. I never feel like I'm being ripped off. Today, I got an oil change and a alignment for $39.95. I received this awesome deal right on time. I'm glad I checked my email. 😄 Also, the staff is always kind. The atmosphere is always welcoming.
