Grunow Performance & Repair

When things go wrong, of course it’s when both my husband, and my dad are out of state. Having my only family vehicle to haul kids around and no one to call if things go wrong on the side of the road is nerve wracking. I voiced some concerns I am having with my vehicle to Grunow Performance & Repair this morning. By this afternoon, my suburban was up on the lift. I am beyond pleased with the service and customer service at Grunow Performance & Repair! When you enter, the art on the windows and doors makes the space bright and inviting. I got my car in the same day, which melted so much stress off my shoulders. What really went above and beyond is when I got actually educated on the repair on my vehicle. Had to have the thermostat replaced on 2020 Rav4. With me being from out of state I didn’t know anyone and was kinda worried about how my experience would go. I choose Grunow performance & repairs because it is family own and had great reviews. I am very happy with my choice. I was met with friendliness. Which is always a plus. Hunter got the job done in a timely manner even with a slight snag in the process and kept me up to date on the repair.

Hunter did great work on my Yukon when I was not comfortable doing the job myself! Very efficient work, awesome local family business! I was kept in the loop the whole time, their approval system for work being approved or denied is state of the art! Very responsive to any questions and a great rate! Would recommend, and will be using again in the future!

These guys are awesome. I'm so happy that they were recommended by another local business to me. I had purchased a vehicle at auction from Florida and after only 2 appointments, my vehicle is in tip top shape. He was really honest about what actually needed to be done but also what didn't and he was honest in saying something that wasn't done the right way by another company and wanted to redo that for me. His appointment timing is very quick. If they have to order parts it was very quick turn around and their communication is fantastic. You normally don't get quality with equal speed and here you definitely do even after telling him to take his time. anyone and everyone is on a budget for car repairs. It's just an expense that no one wants in life and I was surprised at what I was charged
