Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I appreciate their honesty and thats why I keep going back. Not only are they right in Plymouth but its usually pretty quick. Theyre always helpful with my coupons and discounts as well. And their handy little sticker helps me make sure I keep good care of my vehicle.

I came in on a very cold day. I was comfortable the whole time. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I spend so much money, but at least I know if I am not ready to get an added service with my oil change, there is no pressure and I can use my next coupon to do something bigger next time.

I looked online before going to get my oil changed and it said that if you ask to have your front diff, rear diff, and transfer case fluids checked you need to ask for it and when I did it was written up for the services and when I told them I only wanted them checked at this time I was told oh in that case we do not check them if we are not doing the service today. Not correct to do that if you ask me. So now that I had that happen I looked back at my services for this truck and also saw that the grease fittings the truck has have never been greased from there either. I was a mechanic for 20+ years and when I crawled under the truck to look it is very obvious that the truck has not been greased like you guys claim to do. Twice now I have been denied tire rotation because my van is "too heavy" yet it must have not been too heavy the last three times it was done at valvoline (twice at this location and once in Appleton). So the techs just don't feel like doing the services that are supposedly offered and can deny a customer as they please? Very unprofessional. And then to lie about "the lift can't hold the weight" that's nonsense and you know it. My single floor jack is rated for 3 tons and would lift the whole truck if I could balance it. You have four points of contact and two lifting cylinders. Don't play me for a fool.

The one in charge was very professional. She explained everything in the process while making recommendations of what else I may of needed to service my vehicle. They did not drag out the process. It was quick and I am thankful I stopped by there to get my oil changed.
