Run away They are not Honest The worse experience They not honest And they have hidden charges For Florida resident they didn’t say at the website you have to pick Pay per day: $9.99 Or $$14.99 Or $21.99 For tolls sticker (plus ) whatever tolls you pass ?! Isn’t crazy?! Plus for cancellations they try to tell me we can’t cancel You have to call and cancel.

We come to Orlando for vacation frequently and this has been by far the easiest most convenient (and cheapest) way to rent a car. As soon as we landed at airport, we texted the number provided and a shuttle was there to pick us up within 10 minutes. Dropped us off at the parking lot where our assigned car was waiting for us. Keys were in the glove box-- so we just hopped in and left. No waiting in lines or waiting on agents etc. Drop off was the exact same thing. Parked our car in any empty spot in the GS designated area, called the number to let them know we were there. Put the keys back in the glove box and on our way to the airport. So easy! Someone always answered the phone or texted us to answer questions as needed. So easy! Highly recommend!

Best experience with GS Car rental. They are super easy to reach out to and extremely helpful to make sure we had the best experience. It was my first time to Orlando and renting car was super convenient. Easy wally park shuttle pick ups and drop offs (early morning 4 AM to airport). Collect keys from lockers and drop back to box. Car (possibly due to unavailability but we got a free upgrade from Sedan to SUV) was in super good condition and they refunded 75$ from 100$ deposits (after deducting the gas and city tax as per needed). I would definitely use their service, if visiting to Orlando again. Thanks so much ..

We rented a car with GS it was quite a cheaper than some of the higher priced larger companies like Alamo. We quickly found out why. First, it is NOT on site, which they do tell you. We waited probably 25 minutes during the middle of the day for the shuttle. Then when we got off the driver just gestured toward the cars. I didn't see the car described and we wondered around for 10 or 15 minutes. The numbers painted on the ground can barely be seen if at all! Finally, I called and I will say they answered right away and described where the car was. It was behind some trucks so I did NOT see it at all. The car was ok. I believe it was a 2015 or 2016 and it had over 55,000 miles on it! The car had scratches, a large chip in the paint. I took pictures of it all in case we had issues,

We flew in from Seattle and needed to rent a 12 passenger van to accommodate our group. I first checked all the national rental companies, but the prices for a 1 week rental were ridiculous! I happened to stumble across this local company while searching Google and couldn't be happier with them! The price was about 1/4 what the other companies were charging and the rental from start to finish was super hassle free. The van was very clean and pickup/return was extremely easy. I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them for any future trips to Florida.
