Absolutely disappointed with the way they handle their business. Long story short I bought a 2003 Honda accord from here, tested it for a drive, inspected all around the car and honestly engine wise everything seemed fine even when I drove it. So I was sold on it. One key point I had seen was leaking coming from the power steering. I asked him about it and he said it was just over filled. I walked away with car and not even 5 minutes of driving away the check engine light came on. I told him about it and he said he’d get it checked out. Justin and Mason were amazing to work with! I was just starting a new business and did not have just about any tax history yet to get a loan. They went out of their way to work with me and were understanding about how life is and how hard it is getting started. I was able to provide a good down payment but they just in house financed me for the rest of the loan! Very unprofessional sales man. He actually helped my fiancé a lot with lowering the price and getting him out of the door. He made the car seem so perfect and my fiancé fell for it. Leaving the lot with the car , the engine light turned on, he has already paid for it and left with the car. My fiancé messaged the sales man and he was super nice about getting it checked for us again to help out which was great. We had already scanned and knew what was wrong with it. There was some other things wrong with it too like some hose leaking and such but that’s a job my fiancé can handle. And we know the car wouldn’t pass emissions because of the code that was scanned. Purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot for a very good deal! The car needed emissions work done, but living in south east Idaho I don’t have emissions testing vs down in UT, so they sold it for a very low price! The car did need a lot of work! But with the steep discount I was able to put plenty of money in fixing it up! The second picture is before we got it, the first is once we got it fixed up! The bumper needed to be reattached and a new headlight assembly. We also did the timing belt/water pump job, new struts and shocks, windshield, spark plug and gaskets, new tires and a deep interior clean. The previous owners had dogs, so we are still trying to get that out. But with all that money put into it and a cheap purchase price, it’s now an awesome car! Great car buying experience! Loved not working with a typical car salesman. Justin was very responsive to calls and texts. Everything was made easy and convenient
