Amazing is the one word that comes to mind. They were very honest about all the things that my vehicle needed and reasonably priced and took care of everything just like they said they would. I feel very comfortable and think that they’re very honest and reliable people.

As a small indpendant shop owner about 15 miles north of their shop I can safely say I have known Cacey and Troy to do their best and have never had any major issues come to me after they worked on it, which can not be said about most other shops in the mcpherson area. That being said, running a small shop is very hard and there will always be complaints about timelines / being told they couldn't work on xyz ect but as far as reccomending the correct repair and doing the work correctly Troy has it handled.

I have been using GT for over 6 years every experience has been amazing! As a single mom with not a whole lot of auto knowledge GT has always been respectful, helpful, and worked with me on what I needed. I’ve never been over charged or had reoccurring issues. Once it’s fixed it’s fixed! I highly recommend GT auto!!

Great service,great work .. on my Buick rendezvous had the harmonic balancer replace and water pump and now I can barely hear the engine Running.. very happy with the job and great price also and friendly service thanks Troy . Will be having more work done on my vehicles.. second time doing business with GT and will be back soon
