1/15/25 I have decided to change my review YES to a 1 WHY I’ll tell you why went to Gene because my car had no heat I informed him my mechanic from Long Island NY informed me that the diagnostic test show that there was something wrong with my heating actuator underneath the dashboard —- to make a long story short Gene decided to take the fast easy route and changed the blower motor resistor in the glove compartment—- the worst thing was when I went to pick my car up Gene said oh wait a second took a part off his counter went out to my car and came back in and said “ I realized that the part on the counter was the new part and the old part was still in your car —- I just want to let you know that your heat isn’t hot it only warm let me know how it is” THE BEST WAS A LABOR CHARGE FOR $165 (

I was introduced by a great friend of mine to reach out to Gene. I had been told by several different auto repair shops negatively about the repair process to my BMW 5 series. Upon arriving at his shop, he was advised of the problem and immediately began the diagnostic procedure. Upon further inspection he advised that it was my radiator, and that it was cracked. I called to BAP Geon and had the radiator. I picked up the radiator and Monday morning Gene repaired my car and was completely done before noon. I highly recommend him. He was patient, professional and very responsive. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere near the places that told me just what they wanted to say to me without any truth that was really relevant. G&T auto repair did my water pump, changed a belt, replaced my tires & changed my break pads. I was being quite overcharged by the Lexus dealership. I sent this shop estimates and was pleased with G&T’s response. Not only did they give me THE MOSTO COMPETITIVE PRICING, but they were so efficient, professional & most importantly operated with the utmost integrity. This place was referred to me by another reputable mechanic. Right away I felt comfortable in his care, and he solidified that once business was started. My car was taken care of at great price, without having to sacrifice quality and customer service standards.
