First off, customer service at Regal Glass is top tier. I requested a quote for a windshield replacement and was informed I would need a calibration as well. The owner and staff was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, what would it would require, and provided options for me to choose from that were within range of my budget. I recieved a reminder email the day prior, and I was greeted and expected upon arrival. Thank you again for assisting me so quickly. I would highly recommend 👌 10/10 for me.

This was the best service I’ve experienced ANYWHERE!!! Toya was so kind, helpful, and personable. Just amazing. As a bonus, it was toddler-friendly. I went in for a large crack on my windshield, expecting it to take around 4hrs. I was out of there in 2! Support small businesses and go here for any glass repairs!

If you have tired the rest, I say try the BEST now! Attention to detail is outstanding before, during, and after the work is complete. Friendly service and you are treated like a person and not a number. They offer the same protection that Safelite offers but they give you a little something extra and they cost less. I don't give many 5 stars, but Regal Glass Service definitely has earned the 5 stars and then some. If you are in need of glass service give them a try, you will not be sorry.

The best customer service I've ever experienced with any company. Pretty sure Toya is the nicest, most genuine person I've ever talked to. The whole process of scheduling and then the appointment itself was flawless. Highly recommend!

I needed my windshield replaced. Regal glass came through on quality, time and communication. When working with Regal they made it feel personal, you can tell they actually care about their customers and want what's best for them. Throughout the process they were very communicative on if there was any issues or delays. Definitely will be going back to them if I have any future issues, and recommending them out to my friends
