GT Discount Tire Pros

GT was so fast! I was in & out in under 15 minutes for my oil change. They also had great customer service & great prices.

I want to give this place 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️ They went above and beyond in helping me in a tight jam. I was driving on I465S in Indianapolis when I hit a pothole and shredded my tire. All I could do is throw the donut on and continue on to Tennessee. I called several dealerships and no one had my tire. I also called several tire shops and nothing. Making it worse is that my car is AWD so I had to replace all four. Steven went on a search and found me a set. He was very sympathetic to my crazy situation and understood that I live in Chicago so I HAD to have these tires. Within a couple of hours my new tires were in shop and being installed. The technician was efficient and neat. He did a good job placing my donut back in and even vacuumed my cargo area to rid it of the pieces of

I was on a road trip from KY to AL when my brakes started vibrating on I-75 going through TN. I found this shop online and stopped in. They got me back on my way in a couple of hours -- I needed new front rotors. *Very* fair price and the brakes work perfectly! Thank you!!

We were on our way out of town and popped a tire on the interstate. We searched for the nearest tire shop and it took us to GT Discount Tire Pros. They were able to get us in and out in about 40 min from the time we pulled in. Thank you for helping us get back on the road!

I had bad experience at this place 3 times in a raw. I took my car to be fixed due to some engine problem. The mechanic was sitting on his phone when I walked in. I explained my cars problem. He told me that they did not have time to fix it and I needes to wait till next week. However, I noticed that the had no cars in the bays to fix. Also, there was another mechanic standing around doing nothing. They just didn't want to work. Any of the two mechanics could at least had a look to identify the problem. But being on the phone and standing around was more important to them. I don't recommend anyone to come to GT tire fix their engine related issues.
