Guero Tires

Got 2 tires installed and they were flat a week after (both of them completely flat) Should’ve read the reviews before going but I went here since they close late. Paid $85 I know they were used but I would expect them to be good atleast for a month or so not a week! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Its so hard to find a trustworthy tires shop the majority of them just want to rip people off!!

Got my tires changed July 9th and that very day it started losing air and was flat by the next day. I work graveyard shifts at a hospital nearby so I didn’t have time to get it fixed until the morning of July 17th. Talked to a lady (manager?) on the phone when I got there and she said even though it’s past warranty that they’ll see what they can do. Instead of changing it they didn’t do anything but fill it with air which I had already been doing every day and sent me on my way. A couple hours later, it’s completely flat 0psi and when I drive to my nearest gas station it tears to shreds and is now undrivable. I will have to pay for ANOTHER tow truck to get it changed. I don’t know if they didn’t believe me when I said it was flat because i had JUST refilled it with air on my way there beca

I stopped here at random because I had bad brakes and the man that assisted me was friendly and changed them out for me at a great price. I would definitely be coming back for my tire needs or any other service.

I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I’m taking my business elsewhere. I came in for a tire they didn’t have in stock. They installed a smaller one “for now” and told me to come back once the right size arrived. That tire deflated within the week. I called the shop to explain, and the lady told me to bring my vehicle in. When I got there, I was told (again) the tire wasn’t in stock. An employee named Tony (or Antonio) took my number and said he’d call me when it arrived. A few days later, he called and said to come in Monday, as they’d have more inventory. I took the Town car to Guero tires located on Business 83 between 23rd and 29th streets.I went for a tire rotation and to have a tire that was low checked out. Turns out there was a nail causing a slow leak. The tire technician was able to fix the problem,and rotate my tires in no time at all. They charged very little to do the entire job, it was well worth the peace of mind.
