Amazing service! They quickly found the issue with my exhaust system, explained the solution, discussed the price upfront, and completed the repair the same day. Afterwards, they showed me the finished work to make sure I was satisfied. The staff was very friendly with my family, and I’m thankful for their honesty and professionalism. Fantastic. I called and asked if they did Tesla alignments and they do. Took it over there. Front staff was super nice and explained everything in detail. Alignment room 2 hours and the car drives like a dream. I will be bringing my wife's car back here very soon to get an alignment as well. Fantastic place.

I read a lot of good reviews about this place but unfortunately, it was not the service that I received. I brought my truck in for front end alignment. I was told on the phone if it didn’t qualify to get the alignment, I would have to pay a diagnostic fee that I agreed to. I understood that it was way of protecting their service. My diagnostic came back with a ton of front end issues and steering issues of course. I was also told my alternator , radiator and another component of my truck needed to be replaced as well all within 45 mins of dropping it off. Keep in mind I did drive the truck up to the shop . At the end of it all I was quoted a $1600 labor fee , parts not included. For some strange reason , I could not wait to pay the diagnostic fee and drive my truck home . I’m still sc

Guerrero's fixed my car - and my trust issues! Working with mechanics, I usually worry that I'm being overcharged or taken advantage of. This is the first I do NOT feel that way after having my car worked on at an autoshop. They were very upfront and honest about the condition of my car, and the probable cost and time to fix it. They actually even went out of their way to shop around and find a part for a WAY better price than originally expected, which cut down my overall costs. And they actually were able to get my car fixed quicker than expected. So grateful for their help!

Called this morning to ask for a quote for an alignment, after telling them my vehicle year make and model they ended up telling me that it was gonna be $100 for my car to get an alignment. And then I came to the shop to get my alignment, they had me wait 30 minutes just to tell me because of my car they’re gonna charge me another $50 for it even though over the phone they quoted me $100. I would not recommend this place. lost a paying customer over $50 go to T&P off main in grand prairie, they’ll get you an alignment for 60-80 cash
