I noticed steam coming out from under the hood one day when on my way to work. It turned out that when I had gotten my oil change at another establishment, the technician never put that coolant cap back on the radiator. Luckily there wasn't any damage and Gulf Breeze Automotive quickly refilled the system, sealed it, and tested for completion of repair. Not only this, but they didn't charge me a dime. I had to ask again as I thought I misheard. ZERO. They said it was a quick repair and they just wanted to make sure I was safe. Amazing service. Needless to say, I gave them some business having them change out some brakes that were in need of service. I can't say how awesome it is to find an honest mechanic that does great work. Went to Gulf Breeze Automotive because my check engine light on vehicle remained on after replacing the O2 sensor. These folks cleared out the old codes that were causing the light to remain on. They really strive to provide outstanding customer service. I found very professional and honest people working here. I will most definitely return.

I am a shade tree mechanic but the older I get the less I know about these newer vehicles. I was starting to get some 'tapping' noise under a cold start load and quickly realized this was outside my scope of work. I stopped by and asked for a diagnosis. Mr. Tim said he would give me call as soon as the mechanic could make his evaluation. The call came in with a Variable Valve Timing sprocket going bad. For reading expediency, they had to change out all of the parts from the camshaft gears down to the water pump. Mr. Tim kept me well informed about where we were in the process.
