Our Jeep family loves Precision in Gulf Breeze. The ability to schedule appointments online and text questions is so convenient and easy. Anytime our vehicles are in the shop they call and text us updates and make sure we feel comfortable by answering any questions which puts me at ease and helps me to plan ahead. They helped with rentals which are conveniently nearby and kept me updated with time frames and ordering of parts so I could coordinate our rental as well. The front desk staff are kind and friendly and help send reminders when we are due for oil changes which is super helpful for our big busy family. I have always had my doubts when it comes to mechanics, but Precision Tune Auto Care has gone above and beyond in every situation that has come up with my 3 vehicles. Every interaction I’ve had with their staff has been educational, but most importantly respectful. Whether it was a simple hose swap, a full tune-up, or even recommending another business (paint job) they have excelled in their customer service. I highly recommend this locally owned shop.

I used to changed my oil at Walmart. Until my car stated to have issues. We took it precision auto. They showed us old oil filter that haven’t been changed in over many oil changes. It was terrible looking and it started to ruin my car. Since then I have been going to precision olauto in gulf breeze. It has been a few years. I have not noticed them trying to sell me something I don’t need or overcharge me in any way. They constantly provided quality and courteous service. I highly recommend them. Couldn’t be happier. Pretty evasive job. Valley pan gasket. Not the easiest car to get parts for but they got me in and out in a couple days and did a bit of preventative maintenance as well.
