I like that I'm able to text and schedule appointments. I get a reply in a timely manner. Very helpful customer service. 2 years of maintenance and one dead battery replacement later, I'm pleased with the way we've been treated. Beautiful remodel!!! Way better atmosphere than it used to be. Not crammed anymore.

Very thorough as you get a video of what they’re doing while you’re waiting then they send you an estimate for you to agree with or not. The supervisor will work with you if you don’t have a debit card to avoid the 3% charge on credit cards.

My 2021 CX 30 has a bad a/c compressor? Seems unusual. $2600 later, THEN you charge me an extra $75 to use my credit card?!? Did anyone mention this when I dropped my car off for service? NO. Did anyone mention this when I got notice of the total cost of work done? NO. Inept customer service? YES. Greedy? YES.

I usually come to this Mazda repair center because the work is done well, and I appreciate the service. However, today I had a very disappointing experience. We always bring our kids with us because we believe it's important for them to be with us rather than leaving them at home. While waiting, our kids were simply playing quietly, as they always do, but the manager complained about it. We try to avoid giving them phones or tablets because we don't think that's a healthy habit, but we felt pressured to do so just to avoid further conflict. It was uncomfortable and frustrating. Families with children should feel welcome, especially when the kids are not causing any disruption. This experience really made us reconsider coming back.

Long overdue review. A few months back I scheduled an air conditioning inspection, as I suspected that I had a diverter valve or something getting hung up when I turned the AC on our Mazda. My wife had brought the same vehicle in a year prior and she would explain how she felt as if she was blown off. Giving them another try, but going in myself this time, I did some pre -troubleshooting on my own, and scheduled for an appointment. I was the first person to arrive at my 7am scheduled time, explained that I'd be waiting on-site till the repairs were diagnosed. Counting 9 - 12+ individuals come and go for oil changes up until 10am, I finally received word back on a status that was pretty obvious that no one looked at my car, but instead insisted that I needed to complete an AC service.
